“Learning never ends.. Just changes shape.”
For those who have read the about section of this site, you’ll have noticed by now that I have been presented with a lot of awesome experiences. Through these experiences, I’ve been lucky to have gained ten years of professional experience working with individuals and companies to ensure that their message is on target and accurately.
i have served the St. Lawrence College community as the Director of The School of Applied Science and Computing, and on multiple committee seats which has positioned me as a Student Recruiter for the past year.
Five years of working with Sodexo, in partnership with the Queens University Hospitality Services Department, has kept my team leadership and problem solving shoes scuffed up and right in the mud ready to tackle a wide variety of situations that may or may not be internal and instantly solvable.
Sometimes the student is the teacher though, and that was indeed the case for some time. While working with Queens University, I was along side partners in education at the Limestone District School Board with its Radio & Broadcasting focus program to ensure that multiple goals and regulation standards were met to continue students learning while giving them valuable employable skills from what I saw missing from the workforce as a Human Resources Specialist with Major League Gaming.
Advertising Marketing Communications
While I go about life, learning more and more about myself and my real interests, I’ve continued my education
Through St. Lawrence College, studying Computer Networking and Technical Support marketing I’ve developed an interesting technical and communication background.
It’s always hard to try and express you know how to do something, without the actual paper to prove it., which lead me to the AMC, formally called IMC, program at St. Lawrence. I’m hoping to be able to fine tune skills I already have acquired and pick up new skills to go about the world of marketing… a world I’d like to call home.
